| arkadaşlar bende zidoo z9s var, bu cihazla ilgili şöyle bir problemim var: youtubetan indirdiğim mkv dosyalarında ses yok, görüntü var. bu sıkıntıyı nasıl çözebilirim. Ayrıca avi ve mpeg dosyalarını da cihaz okumuyor sebebi ne olabilir... |

Özellikle Youtube'tan dosya indirme ile hiç işim olmadı ama Zidoo Z9S modelini kullandığım dönemde ; arşivimdeki mpeg ve avi formatlı videoları sorunsuz seyrettiğime eminim.Çünkü arşivimde hatıra olsun diye sakladığım ve zaman zaman göz attığım kısa kısa videolar bunlar. Çoğu avi uzantılı, bazıları ise mpeg idi.Zidoo'nun bu formatları ve de sizde açılmayan mkv dosyaları çok rahat oynatması lazım.Çünkü Zidoo'nun en iyi yaptığı şey bu formatları oynatmak.Sizin cihazınıza has bir sıkıntı olabilir bu yaşadıklarınız. Bence cihazınızı fabrika ayarlarına çekin ( Factory Reset seçeneği ile ) ve yazılımı tekrar kurun.Ardından tekrar fabrika ayarlarına çekin, öyle bir deneyin. |

| en kısa zamanda deneyeceğim inşallah çözülür, youtube dan indirdiğim 4k mkv dosyalarında da görüntü var, ses yok, arada kekemelik oluyor, bakalım inşallah işe yarar, sonucu deneyince söylerim... teşekkürler... |

Bu arada elinizdeki Zidoo Z9S ile YouTube 4K videoları oynatmaya çalışıyorsunuz ama cihazınız bunu desteklemiyor ki , neden böyle birşey deniyorsunuz ? Zidoo'nun yeni modelleri bile YouTube 4K videoları takılmadan oynatamıyor... |

AVI ve MPEG dosyalarında bir problem olmaması lazım. Benim cihazım bu formatları sorunsuz oynatıyor. YouTube'dan videoları büyük olasılıkla başka bir yardımcı program kullanarak indiriyorsunuz, problem o programdan kaynaklanıyor olabilir. |

mkv'lerdeki ses kodeği opus'tur büyük ihtimalle. Opus kodeğini yerel oynatıcı desteklemiyor olabilir. mp4'teki ise aac'dir bu nedenle oynatıyordur. Ya indirirken ses kodeğinin aac olmasına dikkate edeceksiniz ya da ffmpeg ile opus'u aac'ye dnüştüreceksiniz. |

Bu konu hakkında firmanın birşey yapacağını pek sanmıyorum.Çünkü sizden başka dile getiren başka birisini okumadım ben , ne bu forumda, ne de Zidoo forumda.Dolayısıyla firma bu tarz tekil bildirimler için birşey yapmaz, şimdiye kadar yapmadı zaten. Ama şöyle yapalım : Siz indirdiğiniz ve ses alamadığınız bir videonun indirilme linkini detaylıca buradan paylaşın.Aynı videoyu bende indirip ( ama tabii ki Zidoo Z9X'te ve durumu bir görmek için ) test edeyim ve sonrasında Zidoo forumda genel olarak bir yazalım. |

media info ile bilgilerini buraya atsın biz de bakalım ama tuhaf bir ses codeci ise normaldir Nvidia nın oynatmasınin nedeni kodi kullanması kodi ile zaten arkadaşımız da oynatmış bu anlamda üstün değil yani nvidia ben asla zidoo görüntüsünü değişmem kendim nvidia kullanan birisi olarak söylüyorum |

Arkadaşlar , Önceki hafta sadece Z9S için gelen v2.3.85 BETA yazılımında yapılan ufak tefek güncellemeler sonrası v2.3.88 sürümü ile tüm Realtek 1296 chipsetki modelleri kapsayacak şekilde tekrar yayınladı. Zidoo forumdan okuduğum kadarıyla fragman oynatımı konusunda yine olumlu bir gelişme yok sanırım ama ben yine de bu yazılımı yükleyin derim. Teşekkür ediyorum, elinize sağlık. Yükledim, dediğiniz gibi fragman oynatımında hala bir gelişme yok, her filmde fragman varmış gibi gözüküyor ancak fragman simgesinin üstüne tıklamadan beklediğinizde veya üstüne tıkladığınızda "Mevcut Fragmanı Oynatamıyor" uyarısı çıkıyor ve fragmanı göstermiyor ne yazık ki. |

Bu konuda bilemediğimiz birşeyler var ve bu sıkıntı tam anlamıyla çözülemiyor maalesef.Ama yeni modellerde de çok randımanlı değil bu konu.Yani sadece sizin modellere has bir sıkıntı değil bu. Bence fragman oynatımı ile ilgili yetki-lisans yada benzeri birşey sözkonusu bu işte ama adını koyamıyorum.Çünkü Zidoo forumda da " Bu fragman oynatmama sıkıntısının sebebi budur " diye net birşey yazan yok... |

Sanırım bu sürümde z9s için fragman hatası z9x'inkinden farklı. Bazı değil, hiç bir filmin fragmanı olmuyor. İnşallah yeni bir güncelleme ile düzeltilir.
