Basit birşey olup değiştirip kullanıcam yapan yerler varmış ama birşey çıkmaz ise thh satacağım cihazı yok pahasına evimdeki tüm apple ürünlerini satışa koydum ve sattım.. Çevremdeki kime söylersem herkes şaşırıyor duruma..Büyük firma ya..Lanet olsun.. |

bizim gibi apple fanatiği insanlar, yere göre sığdıramadığımız apple ın türkiyede ki halini görsün istiyorum, en azından bizim gibi bir sürü insan var bu konudan muzdarip, 2 aylık 5 aylık telefonlara bile yetkisiz müdahale kararı veriliyor artık apple tr bunu suistimal ediyor türkiye de hukuksuzluğa yaptırımın olmadığını bildikleri için insanları mağdur ediyorlar. |

Telefonunuzu alın hocam apple ın kararı ile telefonunuzu almanız arasında bir bağ yok, telefon bende 2 haftadır süreç devam ediyor, olumlu birşey çıkarsa telefonu herhangi bir servise geri verirsiniz, beklentiyi düşük tutun %90 üzeri olumsuz çıkacak kararlar.. |

altta türk bayrağı var onu Abd(united States) yapın sonra seçimler aynı.. ben 2 hafta telefonsuz kaldım toplam 1 aydır da süreç devam ediyor.. |

ESC servisde batarya değişti. Sonra başka bir problem vardı kamera ile ilgili siyah ekran kalıyordu 5 gün sonra fark ettim geri götürdüm kayıt oluştu. Apple yetkisiz işlem dedi. Ama söyle ki bu telefona bakan zaten öncesi yetkili servis batarya değişiminden sonra oldu bu olay dedim baya upraştım filan da öyle arıza giderildi |

Kronoloji; 13 aralık, Cihaz 12.40 servise giriş (Batarya Değişimi için), 15:00 civarı servisten çıkış, 17:00 civarı kameranın donanımsal olarak bozuk olduğunun anlaşılması, 17:05 Apple ın servis kaydı açması, 14 aralık sabah 9:00 telefonunun servise tekrar teslimi, 17 aralık cihaz apple onarım merkezinde, 18 aralık cihaza yetkisiz müdahale kararı, 19 aralık yetkisiz müdahale kararına itiraz, 2 hafta apple deposunda telefon yattı, sonra telefon teslim edildi, arada bir sürü telefon,mail,chat şikayet v.s 5 ocak 2019 hala haber yok umudumda yok.. |
