We understand that you are facing an issue with the Boxed Intel® Core™ i7 processor 13700KF (30M Cache, up to 5.40 GHz). We would love to help you in the best possible way to resolve the issue and you mentioned that you had done the Bios settings. In order to do so we request you to share the below details to proceed further and assist you in isolating the issue: Markings of the processor (Serial and Batch number): Clear images of the processor: Storage Device: (Make, Capacity, Type: SSD/HDD) Dedicated Graphic Card Details: (If any) Power Supply Details: (Model, Wattage and the manufacturer): Operating System Details: Please refer the below link to locate the markings on the Processor:http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/processors/000005609.html Also, Additionally we recommend you please check the BIOS settings on your system to ensure operation within Intel specifications as detailed below: Current Excursion Protection (CEP): Enable Enhanced Thermal Velocity Boost (eTVB): Enable Thermal Velocity Boost (TVB): Enable TVB Voltage Optimizations: Enable ICCMAX Unlimited Bit: Disable TjMAX Offset: 0 C-States: Enable AC/DC Load Lines: AC and DC Load Lines must match ICCMAX: Varies, Never>400A* ICCMAX_App: Varies* Power Limits (PL's): Varies* To narrow down this issue, Further more I am sharing the details of the power supply profiles and BIOS default setting for Intel® Core™ i7 processor 13700KF (30M Cache, up to 5.40 GHz) . Ürünü gönderdikten ne kadar sonra size geri dönüş oldu? Yeni ürünü kaç günde size gönderdiler? Aynı ürün yerine başka bir ürün alma olanağı sundular mı vs? Support kısmından talep oluşturduktan sonra yukarıda paylaşmış olduğum mail geldi, cevap da verdim ama henüz ikinci bir geri dönüş olmadı.
