Arkadaşlar b siteden biraz önce Call of Duty: World at Wat Retail CD key aldım. Fatura falan mailime geldi ancak CD-KEY gelmedi. Normal mi yoksa adrese mi gönderiyorlar?

Faturanın içinde yazmıyormu hocam, HL aldığımda 2-3 saat bekledim gelmedi diye ama key faturanın altında bi yerde yazıyormuş... Dikkatli incele...

Mail attım destek bölümüne ve key in gelmediğini söyledim. Faturayı gösterdim. Gelen cevap:

  It's nothing personal really. We must be very careful because we have many frauds... 
  It is important to provide any document proving your identity otherwise we will be forced to refund your payment.

Çok saçma bi cevap olmuş, üye olurken zaten pasaport bilgilerini almıyolarki.. Ad soyad tamamda, istersen kimliği tarayıp maile ekle öyle sonuç almayı dena.. Şimdiye kadar sorun çıkarmayan bi siteydi bundan sonra daha dikkatli olmak lazım..
