Evet ama olay zaten burdan sonra başlıyor. Ben istediğim gizli cevapları attım ve onlarda bana isteğimin gerçekleştiğini söylediler. Fakat, gamersfirst sitesinde şifre değiştirme sayfasına geldiğimde (http://www.gamersfirst.com/change_details.php ) "unhandled exception" diye bir hata alıyorum... knightonlineworld.com dan seal/unseal şifremi değiştirmek istediğimde ise girdiğim gizli soru cevapları (k2den istediğim ve onlarında onayladığı gizli soru ve cevapları) yanlış diyor...  |

Buradan anladığım kadarıyla bir sorun yok, istediğim gizli sorular olmuş...
Burada da yazdığı gibiwww.gamersfirst.com sitesine girip şifre değiştirme bölümüne gelip "edit" diyince ( yani bu sayfa:http://www.gamersfirst.com/change_details.php ) "unhandled exception" diye bir hata alıyorum. (beyaz bir sayfada sol üst köşede küçük şekilde yazıyor)
tamam dedim, genel bir sorundur dedim vewww.knightonlineworld.com sitesine girip seal/unseal şifre değişimi sayfasına geldim, bildiğiniz gibi burada gizli soru istiyor. ticket ile atıp istediğim 3 gizli cevabı yazıyorum fakat işlemiyor, gizli soru yanlış hatası alıyorum...
Onların son attığı tickete göre bir sorun yok gibi duruyor, ama istediğim gizli cevaplar çalışmıyor. gamersfirst sayfasından denemek isteyince (http://www.gamersfirst.com/change_details.php) sayfada direk unhandled exception hatası gözüküyor...
Daha önce böyle birşeyle karşılşan varmı, sorunun nedeni nedir? "unhandled exception" hatası nedir? ve sizce şimdi ne yapmalıyım, ne gibi bir ticket atmalıyım?
