Ticket atmamı söyledi zaten tickete cevap yazan da aynı eleman biliyorum çünkü tickete girip bakıyor ne yazıldığını biliyor. Ticket yani destek mesajı attım destek mesajında şunu yolladılar.

If you're looking to install a new OS on your VPS, we invite you to read one more time our previous reply providing all the required information on this task.
As clearly stated from our website or during the VPS creation stage, the smart offer is based on a prepaid monthly cost service. Once a VPS is created, the associated cost is picked up from your credit and cannot be recovered. Therefore you won't get back any credit when a VPS is deleted.

In future similar cases, we suggest you to make use of the Initialize feature that allows to re-apply the original template or a compatible one with the server without deletion nor requiring extra-costs.
