When resetting their passwords some users have reported not receiving the email. This problem is currently being worked on it, and more information will be posted shortly. Please keep in mind a couple things:

1. You MUST use a valid email address.
2. Please check to make sure you've typed in the correct email address in both fields.
2. Do not use ASCII characters (!@#$%...) in your password.
