Sene 2020 olacak hala işlemci yüzünden abuk subuk problemlerle uğraşanlar, amd ekran kartı driver problemleri yüzünden oyun açamayanlar var Ama sorsan amd çok eyi.

Maalesef dediğiniz şeyleri yaptım ancak düzelmedi hatta bu sefer ek olarak başka bir dosyada daha gecikme problemi gösterdi. Bilgisayarı formatlasam düzelir mi peki? Veya anakartın ses donanımında sorun olma ihtimali var mı? Yazılımsal bir sorun mu bu yaşadığım?

Bu değerler daha önce hiçbir yerde görmediğim kadar yüksek. Bence daha da batırmadan önce bütün bios ayarlarını sıfırlayıp sadece xmp açarak temiz bir format atın. Ardından kendi sitelerinden en güncel versiyonları indirerek sadece amd chipset driver ve nvidia sürücülerini kurun. Bu şekilde halen sorun yaşarsanız muhtemelen donanımsal bir sorun var.

Üstteki dxkrnl olanı düzeltmeyi başardım. Bilgisayarda cfosspeed diye benim yüklemediğim bir program varmış, windows kendi kurdu herhalde. İnternet trafiğini yönetiyormuş. Sorunu bu yapıyormuş sildim düzeldi. Programı sildiğimden beri 6 saat kullanımda hiç takılmadı.

Ancak bu sefer alttaki storport.sys'de bir sıkıntı var. Herhangi bir zararını görmedim ne işe yarıyor biliyor musunuz?

Direk driver isminden yola çıkarak disklerle alakalı bir problem olabilir. Yani diske erişim süresi veya okuma/yazma hatasından dolayı bir gecikme yaşanıyor olabilir. Bağlı olan tüm diskleri crystaldiskinfo programıyla smart değerlerini bir kontrol et, anormal bir değer var mı bak. Nvme diske benchmark yaptın mı düzgün çalışıyor mu? Bios'da sata modun ahci olması lazım onları da kontrol et. Sata kablolarının gevşek ya da fazla bükük olmasından dolayı veri okuma hataları olabilir eğer nvme disk değil de kabloyla bağlı bir disk üzerinde oyun oynarken donuyorsa sebebi bu da olabilir. Googleda "storport.sys dpc latency" diye aratarak insanlar ne yapmış bir araştır bakalım.


Bir program kurarken de mutlaka resmi sitesinden indir ve yüklerken her şeye next next demeden oku. Bazen saçma sapan programlar kurabiliyorlar.

Sonradan yine takıldı... Çözüm olarak bios'u bir önceki bios sürümüne düşürdüm ve format attım. Driverları bu sefer MSI anakartın programıyla değil IObit Driver programıyla yükledim. Ekran kartı ve AMD chipset driverlarını kendi sitelerinden yükledim. Sorunum çözüldü. 1 günlük kullanımda her şey düzgün şu an. Umarım böyle devam eder Teşekkürler yardımın için

EDİT: Çözülmemiş... Yine takılmaya başladı dxgkrnl.sys dosyası yine sorun çıkardı.

Maalesef çözümü bulamadım hala devam ediyor, 10 saatlik kullanımda 1 kere mutlaka oluyor nadiren olmuyor, alıştım artık. Problem donanımsal olarak düşünüyorum (anakart-bios) yine de varsa bir çözüm yolu gösterecek beklemedeyiz

Bu sorun arızalı mekanik disklerden de olabiliyor bendeki hdd de sorun var ve anlık takılmalar olabiliyor.HDD ler antivürs programı yüzünden sürekli aktif olması gerektiğinden bu sorun daha fazla olmaya başladı.
