To install extract the Dark Style or Transparent Style folder in:
-> Valve/Steam/SteamApps/your_account/counter-strike/cstrike

Wide Screen based/Blur Background.
New windows color scheme.
Transparent windows.
New Steam icons.
New Counter-Strike shotcurt icon.
New crosshair preview background (in options).
New In-game menu (standart key: H).
New Scoreboard style.
High Quality In-game textures (use the command: r_detailedtextures 1)
