06/02/2018 tarihinde Antalya VFS'den Yunanistan turistik schengen vize başvurusunda bulundum. Daha önceden Çek Cumhuriyeti,Hollanda ve Yunanistan Schengen vizelerim olması dolayısıyla evrakları düzenli, seyahat amacıma ve tarihlerimle uyuşur şekilde verdim. Pasaport protokolü, son 10 yıl ülkeye giriş çıkışlar istendi emniyetten ek olarak onları da gün içinde tamamlayıp başvurumu yaptım.

Başvurumda özellikle seyahat amacını belirten şahsım tarafından yazılmış dilekçe ve çalıştığım şirketin konsolosluğa hitaben antetli kağıda yazılmış dilekçesi de vardı. Finansal olarak 12 günlük tatil için hesapta 14.000 lira ve 1050 Euro vardı ve hesapta sürekli para giriş çıkışı vardı düzenli olarak.

Yunanistan'a üniversite arkadaşlarımı (Yunan vatandaşları) ziyaret ve turistik amaçla gidecektim. Arkadaşım kendi evinde beni misafir etmek istediğini belirtti fakat konsolosluk illa ki hotel rezervasyonu istiyor. Booking.com'dan kredi kartı bilgilerimi vererek rezervasyon yaptım. Özellikle belirteyim rezervasyon sahte değil bilakis arkadaşım ebeveynleriyle yaşadığı için onu rahatsız etmek istemiyordum ve gerçekten de otelde kalmayı planlıyordum.

13/02/2018'de VFS'den aradılar pasaportumu teslim almam ve refusal of Visa(Vize Reddi) kağıdının kopyasını aldığını imzalamam için. Komik bir şekilde 8. maddeden dolayı vize reddi aldım. Madde İngilice bu şekilde ''the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable''. Yani hotel rezervasyonunu inandırıcı bulmamışlar.

Anlıyorum her ülkenin kendi egemenlik hakkı var istediğini alır istediğini almaz ülkeye. Fakat burada bir sürü evrak toplanıp Türkiye standartlarında da ciddi bir para veriliyor vize başvurusu için. Sırf reddetmiş olmak için bu maddeyi kullanmaya başladılar, aptal değiliz görüyoruz yani mantıklı bir açıklaması yok. Ben illaki Tur paketi mi almak zorunda mıyım başka bir ülkeye seyahat ederken?

Neyse arkadaşlar gerçekten canım sıkıldı ve eve gelir gelmez Konsolosluğa bu konuyla ilgili bir e-mail attım. Mail ingilizce gayet basit yazdım, o yüzden TÜrkçe'ye çevirmiyorum çoğu kişinin anlayacağı düzeyde olduğunu düşünüyorum. Google translate'ten mail'in tamamını Türkçe'ye çevirebilirsiniz. Mail'e cevap geldiğinde ve sürecin nasıl işlediği ile ilgili güncelleme yapacağım.

This year I would like to visit them in Athens between 27.04.2018-09.05.2018.

However, I can not take a receipt of payment because they accept the payment in the reception of the hotel when you get there. I have to ask your kind help about how to make a reliable reservation. I would be so glad if you make it clear so I can follow this way to prevent any doubts. Also, My Greek friend *** (Adress: *** Mobile Phone:***) offers me to accommodate at his home while I am in Athens.If it is necessary or required I can ask my friend for an invitation letter.

I would like to give you information about my previous Schengen Visas. I had a Schengen Visa from the Czech Republic in 2014, Greece in 2015 and Netherlands in 2017. I never made violation of any visa that I obtained. I hope this information will clear your doubts and hesitations about my visa application. I am Flight Supervisor in a reputable Aviation Company in Turkey called ***. I am in a key role in the company and I do like working and living in Turkey. I have the annual vacation from my company between 27.04.2018-09.05.2018 and I would like to spend it in lovely capital of Greece Athens and visit my close friends. I have to come back to Turkey on 09.05.2018 to continue to work because I really would not like to lose my job. My financial situation is fine and expenses of my travel will be paid by me via cash/credit card.
