-Barakiel spawn time changed to from 8h to 4h with a 30 mins window.
-Steal divinity has now a 50% chance to land instead of 100%
-Steal divinity now steal 3 buffs and not 7 anymore.
-Steal divinity reuse time has been changed to 60 second fixed reuse time.
