İstediğin olayı direkt tarayıcı üzerinden halletmek istiyorsan canvas kullanman lazım, bu özelliği iyi araştır. W3School ve MDN'de epey döküman var bununla ilgili. İndirme işlemi için HTML5'in download özelliği iş görür(IE'de çalışmayabilir) Örnek olması açısından kabataslak bir şeyler hazırladım. Kodu ihtiyacına göre editlemek sana kalmış.
