33 yaşındayım 14 yıldır TTNET kullandım hayatımda böyle bir sorunla karşılaşmadım.

ADSL-VDSL kullandım böyle bir sorun yaşamadım. Siz VDF adsl'de mi böyle sorun yaşadınız. CS GO'da da 60 pingle giriyorsun oyun içinde 70-80'lere çıkıyor paket kaybından dolayı :) Bakır kablo döşetmek lazım siteye.

Kendi altyapısı Hız konusunda sıkıntı yok upload bir sıkıntı var; Sadece Online oyun oynuyorum.

Güncelleme yaptım, fps sabitledim, format bile attırdım ama hala devam ediyor bu sorun.. İnternetim Vodafone ve arayıp müşteri hizmetleri ile de görüştüm yeni kanal ayarları bile yaptılar fakat bir türlü düzelmiyor. Kronik olarak resmen %1 ila %3 arasında gidip geliyor bazen %5 e çıkıyor ne yapmam gerek kafayı yiyeceğim.

ben fibermax kullanıcısıyım şuana kadar 4 defa modem değiştirdiler hiç bir farklılık yok hala devam ediyor hocam yinede yardımın için saol benim problemim vodafone tarafından yazılımsal bir sorun ve güzeltmedende olacak gibi değil
Benimle birlikte bu problemi yaşayan vodafone fibermax kullanıcıları varsa eğer ben ilk olarak Ip lokasyonlarımın hatalı olduğunu fark ettiğim kendim tekirdağ/çerkezköyde hikamet ediyorum bana en yakın bölge istanbul fakat vodafone bana şanlıurfa,adana,gaziantep,eskişehir,muğla,izmit vb noktalardan ıp veriyordu bunun düzeltimini sağladım ve şuanda en uzak istanbuldan alıyorum harici sürekli kendi bölgemden ıp alıyorum bu lokasyonların hatalı olduğunu kabul ettirene kadar çok uzun zaman uğraştım bağlanılan operatörler yetersiz hepsi farklı konuşuyor yanlız işi bilen bir operatöre denk geldiğinizde probleminizi direk çözdürebiliyor harici şuanda paket kaybı problemim devam ediyor fakat kablo,modem ve fiber splitter değiştirdiler gördülerki haklıyım donanımsal bir problem yok sonrasında yazılımsal müdahaleler başladı önce ıp lokasyonumun hatalı olduğu görüldü düzeltild, sonrasında portumun firewall ayarlarında sunucu bazlı sıkıntı olduğu görüldü bu düzeltildi şuanda çalışmaları hala devam ediyor ciddi anlamda bir düzelme var fakat bu bahsettiğim süreç tam olarak 6 ay boyunca sıfır müdahale ile devam etti taki son ay saat başı arayıp arıza kaydı bırakana dek ve bölge müdürlüğüne dilekçe verene dek bu şekilde devam etti bunlar kan emici vicdansızlar bilginiz olsun çok dikkatli ve ısrarcı olun aksi taktirde çöp internetten faydalanmaya devam ediceksiniz ve aynı ay içerisinde 2'den fazla arıza kaydınız varsa tahüt bedeli ödemeden iptal sağlayabilirsiniz bununda bilgisini veriyim benim pubg de paket kaybı problemim bunlar müdahale etmeden önce upload kısmındaki yukarı bakan okların olduğu yerde %5 in altına inmiyor %25 e kadarda çıkıyordu müdahale etmeye başladıklarından bu yana %0 a düşüyor anlık %3 %1 falan oluyor ciddi anlamda düzelmeler oldu eminimki komple bu problemi çözebilecek kapasitedeler ama işlerine gelmiyor aynı problemi yaşayan arkadaşlarım kardeşlerim varsa ben 6 aylık savaştaki sürecimi şuana dek özetledim burdan sonrasınıda aktarmaya devam edicem hiç satın almayan arkadaşım varsa kesinlikle vodafone fibermax almasın kendini enayi yerine koydurmasın.

yok hocam gelen saha ekibi bile biliyor sorunu bu şikayeti çok alıyorum ama ben bir şey yapamam diyor anca rapor tutuyorum dedi,

Serverlara yada bu girişlerin bağlandığı büyük cihazlarda sorun olabilir gibi me geliyor.

Ben müşteri hizmetlerini arayıp modem kurulumu yaptırıp res attırıp öyle giriyorum oyuna o zaman güzel oluyor pingler.
