Dear Potential AT&T Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to e-mail AT&T to request the device unlock code for your iPhone. We are happy to assist you today.
Unfortunately, non-AT&T customers are not eligible to have their iPhone unlocked through AT&T. AT&T will unlock an iPhone under the following circumstances:
· The person requesting the unlock is a current AT&T customer or a former AT&T customer who can provide the phone number or account number for the account
· The iPhone was designed for use on AT&T’s network; all contract obligations, including any term commitment, associated with the device to be unlocked have been fully satisfied.
· The iPhone has not been reported lost or stolen.
Also, current customer accounts must be in good standing with no past-due amount or unpaid balance and has been active for at least sixty (60) days. Former customer account may be eligible for unlocking so long as you do not owe AT&T no Early Termination Fee or other unpaid balance.
AT&T will unlock an iPhone for an active and deployed member of the military who is a current AT&T customer in good standing and is able to provide AT&T with deployment verification; and a person who purchased the iPhone from an authorized location at the 'no commitment' price and can provide proof of purchase
AT&T reserves the right to deny any unlock request that it concludes would result in an abuse of this policy or is part of an effort to defraud AT&T or its customers. AT&T further reserves the right to alter this unlocking policy at its discretion without advance notice.
If you are a current or former AT&T customer, please respond to this e-mail providing your phone number or account number for the account. Once this information has been verified a device unlock case will be submitted.
Once the case is resolved, we will be attempting to contact you by email on or before the close of the next business day Monday through Friday. This would be 9p.m Eastern Time, 8p.m Central Time, 7p.m Mountain Time, or 6p.m Pacific Time. We want to ensure that we provide you with total resolution for your concerns. General Eligibility Requirements for Unlocking iPhone
AT&T will unlock an iPhone under the following circumstances:
The person requesting the unlock is: (i) a current AT&T customer; or (ii) a former AT&T customer who can provide the phone number or account number for the account.
The iPhone was designed for use on AT&T's network;
All contract obligations, including any term commitment, associated with the device to be unlocked have been fully satisfied; and

Current customers will be allowed five (5) unlocks per account, per year, so long as their account is in good standing with no past-due amount or unpaid balance and has been active for at least sixty (60) days.
Former customers will be allowed five (5) unlocks per former account so long as they owe AT&T no Early Termination Fee or other unpaid balance.
In addition, AT&T will unlock an iPhone for: (i) an active and deployed member of the military who is a current AT&T customer in good standing and is able to provide AT&T with deployment verification; and (ii) a person who purchased the iPhone from an authorized location at the "no commitment" price and can provide proof of purchase.

Your iPhone unlock code request was reviewed. AT&T will be unable to
provide the unlock code for iPhone equipment for non-AT&T customers at
this time. The window of opportunity for non AT&T customers to have
their iPhone unlocked has been closed. Only a current AT&T customer or a

hocam şuan için at&t müşterisi olmayanlar veya at&t hesabı olmayanlar için unlock işlemini durdurmuşlar anladığım kadarıyla.
ama bence yılmadan devam edin sürekli mailleri değiştirerek gönderin. her mailde ayrı değerlendiriyorlar. faturanız veya fişiniz varsa tarayıp maile ekleyerek gönderin. ben şuan unlock ve en son versiyona güncelledim ve kullanıyorum.
